Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Germany, countries within the European Union, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 4–8 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.
Carriers
We work with selected shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and reliably. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties normally apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@rizka.de. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
